Preventative Maintenance:

  • Allow QP to create a maintenance program that meets your requirements

  • Visits can be arranged to suit your facility’s needs: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or On-Call basis

  • Work times can be scheduled during operating hours, or after hours to eliminate impact on customers and workers

  • Keep up with recurring issues (graffiti, paint touch ups, broken / missing floor / base tiles, grouting, caulking / silicone replacement, etc.)

  • Budgets/NTEs, defined scopes of work and priorities can be assigned on a regional, or per location basis

  • Reports of work completed, with before / after pictures, along with quotes for other necessary work provided after each visit

R&M Programs for larger / planned repairs:

  • A Project Manager is assigned to your account, and works with you to develop detailed scopes of work and define itemized pricing
  • Allows for more intelligent planning/budgeting of periodic projects

  • Projects can include scopes of work that cover multiple locations; budgets can be combined, and payment plans can be created for more controlled spending on Repair and Maintenance issues

  • QP Ventures, Self Performs virtually all Facilities Service work by employing experienced technicians who possess multiple skill-sets

  • We carry the tools and skills to allow us to send a one, two, or more man crew who will be able to perform all of the tasks assigned
